The Team is Small and the Vision is Impactful
About Us
We are a husband-and-wife team passionate about faith, family, and the everyday mission field of work. Over the years, God has used our careers not just to provide for our family, but to deepen our faith and show us how ordinary workplaces can become places of eternal impact.
Together, we served with two church plants and are grateful to be raising two wonderful daughters who continue to teach us about grace, perseverance, and joy. Our journey has been shaped by seasons of challenge, growth, leadership, and learning to see work not simply as a job—but as a calling.
Chris currently serves as Vice President of Operations for Success Vision Express, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he is passionate about leading with integrity, developing teams, and creating cultures where people can thrive.
Cindi serves as a board member for Joys To The World, a nonprofit day program serving adults with multiple disabilities. Her heart for service, advocacy, and Christ-centered care reflects her belief that every life carries immeasurable value.
Through decades of experience in leadership, ministry, and family life, we’ve learned that faith isn’t confined to Sunday mornings. Christ meets us in meetings, warehouses, offices, classrooms, and break rooms. Our hope is to encourage others to see their work as worship, their leadership as ministry, and their workplaces as mission fields.
